While making these bath salts, I also decided to re-shoot my master bathroom.
So much prettier, and I think you actually get the idea of the window in the shower now.
Dont' worry, we are so high on a hill that no one can look in:)
To make the bath salts, just combine Epsom Salts, baking soda, and ginger. I added dried lavender I had laying around, so it smells nice:)
According to the original post, where I got the idea from, this is supposed to draw out toxins and prevent illness.
That didn't exactly work for me, but with 3 kids in the house, I'll take any excuse for a nice bath.
"Sorry honey, I need to take a detox bath so I don't get sick. That way I can take care of you and the kids better".
How is your family holding up this season?

What a gorgeous bathroom.! So serene. My daughter made bath salts for me for Christmas and I love them.
So I thought that lavender was chocolate sprinkles at first. Duh Bliss.
The only thing a bathtub soak behind a closed door for me ever drew out was the kids scratching at it to get in.
Bliss
where do find such a pretty container for it?
I take epsom salt baths regularly, but I didn't know about mixing those other goodies into the salt. Thanks!
The yellow garden stool is such a nice pop in your gorgeous bathroom! I am a total bath nut and have always just used the Epsom Salts and essential oils...this will give me something new to try! Thanks! Jesse @ Scout & Nimble
Beautiful bathroom! And that tub looks lovely, too!
any excuse to spend more time in that fab bathroom!!!
Probably my favorite bathroom ever. GOOOORGEOUS.
