What's that bright rug under our dining room table?
It's our new, final rug!
After a total rug fiasco, 3 options, and numerous hassles, we finally found the right solution for us. Here's where we started, oh so long ago.
And we still love our thrifty paper and linen wall art. I'm thisclose to calling the dining room done!

So beautiful and fun! And I bet it's durable for the kiddos too.
ReplyDeleteTakes guts to mix all those stripes but it sure looks cute and family friendly.
ReplyDeleteI'm so impressed with that shot of color, Jessica!! You'll have to let me know how you like the Flor rug tiles... something I've been pondering for a while!

That looks soooo good!! I've browsed those FLOR tiles so many times but I'm so overwhelmed by the choices! Are the dining chairs from Joss and Main? I keep debating a similar chair for our office but I'm worried about the white getting ruined from the kids!
ReplyDeleteI love it so much!!! Crazy for the rug/chair combo...and that room is just gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's fabulous - young, fresh and fun!

Again! This is FABULOUS!
ReplyDeleteI am a HUGE fan of stripes. This is such a great combination.
ReplyDeleteLove the bold rug. I am a fan of bold design. I recently just revealed my unique kitchen. Check it out if you can. I am also hosting a link party if you'd like to link up.

Oooh, I'm so addicted to rug buying much to the chagrin of my husband. They just completely transform a room as you are demonstrating here. It's my first visit here and I'm visiting via HoH. It's also my first time linking to HoH. Looking forward to reading some of your earlier posts.

Love, love, love this. I seriously would have never guessed that those were FLOR tiles....the pink is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect. Cheery, bright, beautiful ..xo
ReplyDeleteLove the rug! It brings the room to life. You really have a way of connecting a sense of serenity with liveliness in your decor that I haven't quite seen anywhere else. When I look at your photos, I get that slight sense of anticipation ~ as if a lovely party is about to start or the family is just about to enter the room. I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at the Wildly Original link party.
