Enter my mini Superbowl Snack Stadium!
I've found other versions of this, using Twinkies, Cheetos, pretzels... But I wanted to keep it simple with chips, guacamole, salsa and sour cream borders. For my final product on February 2nd, I might even make goal posts from pretzels... We'll see. Here was my inspiration, found from Pinterest, of course!

Here is my rough Superbowl Party Menu:
Superbowl Snack Stadium (aka chips with dips)
Hot Dogs from my favorite grass-fed, pastured butcher
Toppings
Possibly this Beer Bacon using nitrate free beef bacon

And I'm toying with the idea of a Margarita Cake. I might have to make a "tester" for that too:)
Update- I did it! I made a SkinnyGirl Margarita Cake (of my own invention) and it rocked my socks off!

Wow, those stadium snacks are intense but super cool!
That is such a fun idea!! I'm afraid we'll still be in a hotel for the superbowl. Wonder if room service will make me one. :)
That is so fun! I love that you made a mini version to test! We had Super Bowl Sundaes last year with waffle bowls and ice cream:) Stopping by from Serenity Now! Have a great weekend!
Yes on the bacon, margarita cake, and the cute appetizer too. All the more to celebrate if the 49ers are in.

This is so cool! I don't even watch the Superbowl, but I want to make this. I pinned it! :)
