A Dry-erase calendar (purchased from target), a menu planning board (inspired from here), a chalkboard for notes (our repurposed writing slate), and a kid-level mirror (so the little ones can put on their own sunscreen).
The mirror was a dollar store find that I taped off and spray painted gold during our spray paint party.

The menu board had a few failed attempts. The first one I forgot to take into account the 8x10 opening instead of an 8 1/2 x 11 opening. Oops. Then I got it right.
