After that, I had the incredible urge to spruce up our powder room. That rooms also functions as a changing station downstairs for the baby, so I spend a lot of time in there!
Before, the wall you could see behind you in the mirror was just blank. Now it has a fun, dimensional Matisse print (from Ikea). Now I just need a towel bar and I'll be set.

ReplyDeleteThat medicine cabinet is such a great idea! I wonder how easy it would be to DIY. Do you mind if I pin it on Pinterest?
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty tricky ;)
ReplyDeleteParty guests will never be able to snoop!
They won't know it's there.
Well, NOW they will, but you know... they didn't used too.
Wow, that medicine cabinet is so cool!

ReplyDeleteSo much better than the tacky medicine cabinet I had in my bathroom growing up. I wouldn't mind having one of these in my bathroom.

ReplyDeleteYour house is stunning... maybe the most stunning I have ever seen. I have to know what color that wall is that the Matisse is on? I have been looking at that shade family to repaint my master bedroom and that color is IT! I shall be following-- can't wait to see more!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy your style. It's so clean and fresh, but still has warmth to it. I'm sure the kids love all the beautiful art stimulation. Glad I stumbled onto your blog.
ReplyDeleteLove the medicine cabinet! I've never had one, nor ever thought about getting one, but if I did, I'd choose yours!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to use art as a cover for the medicine cabinet. I have one covered with an ugly plastic shutter thingy -- I know what to do with it now! I would love it if you would consider linking to Busy Monday at A Pinch of Joy, a Sunday through Thursday link party for ideas that make life easier, better and more fun!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that hidden cabinet! GREAT idea!!! I just heart your whole house!!!!! :)
