So much bang for your buck.
Whisk together 8 ounces heavy cream and 16 ounces sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
Chop 16 ounces chocolate (I used dark 72%), put in a heat safe bowl (glass or pyrex).
Pour cream and milk mixture over hte chocolate. Give it a minute to melt the chocolate then stir, stir, stir.
Pour into a foil-lined (and cooking sprayed) 8 inch pan.
Cool in fridge 3-4 hours or overnight.
To cut, dip a long knife into hot water before each cut.
Don't be me and put this mixture near your computer, it's just not a good idea.
After the chocolate faces I strongly encourage you to try this:
Lots of bubbles, the sink and dishes are clean, and the children are clean without knowing it!

Yum! The fudge looks so good Jessica! I would find it so hard to have that around...I would be dipping into it all day! lol! Angie xo
Okay, the fudge on a stick is cracking me up! I am a fudge-a-holic and will now be compelled to make some.
Almost sounds like a super thick ganache, which is actually much more appealing to me than standard fudge. We don't eat white sugar in our household which means I can't use off-the-shelf sweetened condensed milk, but I make a homemade sweetened condensed milk where I use a replacement sweetener, and I'm going to try it with this recipe and see how it turns out! If it works well I'll let you know!. Thanks for sharing.

Who knew that fudge was so easy! I always cook with the computer (or phone) next to me cause I'm getting it off of pinterest & just can't seem to remember to write it down! Thanks for sharing!
I have a recipe that's somewhat similar-except it only takes 3 Minutes to make it! Here's the link if you are interested!
